The BEC Resource Centre, as a product and service provider frequently carries out customer satisfaction surveys in line with the organization’s strategic objective of ensuring that BEC satisfies all its customers. This year (2020), the covid-19 pandemic and its associated protocols have caused the resource centre to change how it provides it products and services. This was to ensure adherence to the covid-19 guidelines and contribute towards curbing the spread of the disease. This survey thus intends to gauge how satisfied Resource Centre customers are with provision of the resource centre products and services under the covid-19 environment.
